MADISON ROSE BRIDAL: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All our dresses are very carefully checked upon arrival into store and again at collection. Wedding
dresses cannot be refunded or exchanged if they have been ordered in specially or altered. Upon
collection of your wedding gown together the gown will be checked to ensure it is to your complete
satisfaction.

RETURNS: Please note all items for return must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed and with
all tags still attached to garment.
Dresses can be returned within 7 days from original purchase date and exchanged for another item or
a store credit. We do not offer refunds. Dresses cannot be refunded if you simply change your mind.
If a dress is returned for a store credit a 20% restocking fee will apply.
In order to return a dress the item must be:
Received in original condition – unworn, unwashed with all tags attached within the 7 day
timeframe.
Please take care when trying on the dress that no perfume, deordorant and/or no makeup or marks are
left on the dress.
Madison Rose Bridal will reserve the right to reject a claim for return if we conclude it is not in new
and original condition.

LAYBY and PAYMENT TERMS:
For all dresses (except bridal gowns) we require a 20% non-refundable deposit to be made and the
remaining balance to be paid within 6 weeks.
If a layby is cancelled the deposit will not be refunded.
Wedding Gowns: Upon selection and ordering we will require a 50% deposit and we can discuss a
payment plan if you wish to pay in instalments otherwise the balance of the 50% will be required
upon arrival of your dress into our store. This can take 3 – 4 months from placement of order and this
will all be discussed in full at your consultation.

ORDERING:
Madison Rose Bridal is happy to order dresses for you if we don’t have in stock the colour or size you
require. This will take approximately 2 -3 weeks to arrive in store. Please check our size chart for
your correct size. Madison Rose is not responsible for incorrect size ordering. This is important as
ordered in products are non- returnable. If in stock you should receive within 1 -3 days, please
advise if you are located in a rural area to avoid delays and courier confusion.
If you decide to return the item we will require payment in full for return courier before we can
organise. Courier fees are non-refundable.

PRIVACY POLICY: Please be assured we do not share your details with any other individual, company
or organisation. All details are strictly confidential.

PAYMENT: We accept online bank transfers and cash. If paying online please ensure
all relevant details are noted: full name and invoice number to avoid any delays in processing your
order.

HOURS: TUESDAY – SATURDAY 9AM -4PM – BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please phone us as we maybe able to work outside these hours if not convenient for you.

ACCURACY OF CONTENT:
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are
correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the
products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any
variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
Prices on site are current at time of display and subject to variation without notice. We
will do our best to display accurate descriptions and pricing but are unable to warrant
that the product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete,
reliable, current or error free. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or
damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the
materials on this website.
