It is a good idea to begin wedding dress shopping 10-12 months in advance of your wedding date. In an ideal world you would purchase your gown 8 months ahead, allowing plenty of time for any alterations. Depending on the label most wedding dresses can take 4-6 months to be made and arrive in our store. Some labels have a quicker turnaround. We can advise turnaround times at the time of your consultation.

Yes please – every bride is important to us and we wish to set aside plenty of time so our clients can discuss their ideas and try on dresses in a relaxed and private environment. Please either phone or email to secure a booking. If we are available we are happy for customers to phone and see if they can pop in to view our gowns as listed on our website.

Yes we charge $50 for all initial bridal consultations. If you require further appointments then there will be no charge within a 3 month period. Once a purchase of wedding dress has been made the initial consultation fee is deducted from the invoice. We ask you to pay in advance the $50 booking fee to secure your appointment. We understand that life sometimes interferes with all well made plans so if you need to reschedule or cancel we will refund or transfer your consultation fee within the following guidelines: For all weekday appointments: – cancelled up until the same day of appointment. Weekend Appointments: – cancelled within 48 hours notice of your appointment.

You need to allow at least an hour. We will have a wee chat about your wedding plans, theme and importantly your ideas for your wedding dress. And you will have enough time to try on about 5 – 7 gowns and retry all your favourites at the end. Please note we are a small boutique and can cater for a group of 5 people including the bride. We are open Monday – Saturday 9am – 5pm. If you are truly stuck and can’t make it during these guidelines please call and if possible we can organise a time outisde of our normal business hours When arriving for your appointment please note that every client is important to us and unfortunately we do not have a waiting room for early customers and their guests. So please don’t be offended if we are still with clients.

Not at all. Without being aware you probably do have some ideas of what you like and more likely of what you don’t like which is just as helpful. Please relax and let us help you make the selection process memorable, fun and enjoyable for you. If you do have ideas or pictures please bring them along. For your consultation prepare yourself for your wedding day in appropriate underwear with hair and makeup done – this will help give you the finished look. Keep an open mind to the style of dress – you will know as soon as you look in the mirror that this is the one.

MADISON ROSE BRIDAL: TERMS AND CONDITIONS All our dresses are very carefully checked upon arrival into store and again at collection. Wedding dresses cannot be refunded or exchanged if they have been ordered in specially or altered. Off rack sample gowns or sale gowns are not returnable or refundable. Upon collection of your wedding gown the gown will be checked to ensure it is to your complete satisfaction. RETURNS: Please note all items for return must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached to garment. Dresses can be returned within 7 days from original purchase date and exchanged for another item or a store credit – this excludes wedding dresses – see above. We do not offer refunds. Dresses cannot be refunded if you simply change your mind. If a dress is returned for a store credit a 20% restocking fee will apply. In order to return a dress the item must be: Received in original condition – unworn, unwashed with all tags attached within the 7 day timeframe. Please take care when trying on the dress that no perfume, deordorant and/or no makeup or marks are left on the dress. Madison Rose Bridal will reserve the right to reject a claim for return if we conclude it is not in new and original condition. LAYBY and PAYMENT TERMS: For all dresses (except bridal gowns) we require a 20% non-refundable deposit to be made and the remaining balance to be paid within 6 weeks. If a layby is cancelled the deposit will not be refunded. Wedding Gowns: Upon selection and ordering we will require a 50% deposit and we can discuss a payment plan if you wish to pay in instalments otherwise the balance of the 50% will be required upon arrival of your dress into our store. This can take 5-6months from placement of order and this will all be discussed in full at your consultation. PRIVACY POLICY: Please be assured we do not share your details with any other individual, company or organisation. All details are strictly confidential. PAYMENT: We accept online bank transfers, eftpos, visa and cash. If paying online please ensure all relevant details are noted: full name and invoice number to avoid any delays in processing your order. HOURS: MONDAY – SATURDAY 9AM -5PM – BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please phone us as we maybe able to work outside these hours if not convenient for you. ACCURACY OF CONTENT: We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Prices on site are current at time of display and subject to variation without notice.
